To welcome a distinguished visiting artist from China, we created a menu celebrating the artist’s cultural preferences and the abundance of the Northwest.  A candle-lit dining room overlooking a pond provided an intimate setting on an early winter evening.

For a youthful and cosmopolitan, 80-year old celebrant, we planned a sophisticated French-influenced spring brunch for 80 guests. Bistro tables encouraged mingling while Renaissance singers filled the air with an original, early-music composition of Happy Birthday.
